Listing your property is completely free. We only charge a small commission fee when a booking is successfully completed.
Students pay the first month's rent and deposit through our secure platform. We transfer the deposit amount to you within 5 days after check-in, minus our commission.
Yes, you can set your own house rules and preferences. This includes policies on pets, smoking, guests, and other important guidelines for your property.
We have a clear cancellation policy. Students can cancel up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund (minus service fee). Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable unless for exceptional circumstances.
All communication goes through our platform to ensure safety and transparency. You'll receive booking requests and can communicate directly with verified students.
Our team provides full support throughout the entire process - from listing creation to check-in and during the stay. We're here to help with any questions or issues.
